Preforms are the "upstream core products" of plastic packaging, and different materials and specifications correspond to different downstream applications, and the core areas include:
Food and beverage industry: accounting for the highest proportion (about 60%), mainly using PET preforms for blow-molding mineral water bottles, carbonated beverage bottles, juice bottles, hot-filled tea beverage bottles (PP preforms), milk bottles (HDPE preforms), etc.;
Daily chemical industry: use HDPE, PET, PP preforms for blow molding shampoo/shower gel bottles, laundry detergent bottles, cosmetic bottles (such as essence bottles, lotion bottles);
Pharmaceutical industry: mainly PP and PET preforms, which require high hygiene level (such as sterility and no particles), and are used for blow molding pharmaceutical oral liquid bottles, reagent bottles, and disinfectant liquid bottles;
Industrial packaging: HDPE, PVC preforms are used for blow molding lubricating oil bottles, coating bottles, and chemical reagent bottles (strong chemical resistance is required).
